Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 257: Yuji’s True Identity Revealed as Sukuna’s Reincarnated Twin in Epic Battle Finale
Based on the leaked information for chapter 257 of Jujutsu Kaisen, the title of the chapter is “Inhuman Makyo Shinjuku Showdown, Part 29.”
The reported spoilers for chapter 257 of Jujutsu Kaisen commence with a flashback in which Uraume questions Sukuna about Yuji’s real identity. Sukuna reveals that while he was still in his mother’s womb, he consumed his twin brother due to his insatiable hunger. The soul of his deceased twin was then obtained by Kenjaku, who utilized it to fashion Yuji Itadori.
Uraume pondered whether Yuji possessed the same potential as Sukuna, and in Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 257 spoilers, the story shifts to the present where Yuji unleashes two consecutive Black Flashes on Sukuna. He then proceeds to cut a nearby pillar and hurl it at Sukuna, followed by an attempt to slice off Sukuna’s leg. However, Sukuna defends himself with a barrage of slashes.
Despite the attacks, he remains unfazed and manages to land another Black Flash on Sukuna. The narrator then discloses that Yuji possesses two Cursed Techniques: “Blood Manipulation”acquired from the Death Painting Wombs and “Shrine”inherited from Sukuna.
Despite existing in the same era and being different individuals, Yuji’s Shrine differs from Sukuna’s due to their contrasting personalities. As Yuji has only recently discovered its existence, the strength of his Slashes is significantly weaker. Nonetheless, Sukuna is still angered by the fact that Yuji is able to wield its power.
During another flashback, it was revealed that Ino had sought permission from Gojo, Ichiji, and Shoko to use Nanami’s blade. He believed that as Nanami’s friends, they had a stronger right to the Cursed Tool than him. However, they assured him that Nanami had the utmost trust in Ino above anyone else.
Currently, Ino employs the Auspicious Beast Summon to summon a Dragon and attempts to strike with the Blade. However, Sukuna swiftly slices the Dragon in half and catches the blade with his feet, while also noticing Yuji’s attempt to strike. Nevertheless, Yuji successfully lands another Black Flash on Sukuna.
Sukuna grows worried about the frequency at which Yuji is producing black flashes, wondering if the boy is attempting to match his own power. In an attempt to test Yuji, Sukuna throws a punch, but the boy swiftly counters by grabbing him and forcefully slamming him into a nearby wall. Despite this, Yuji still manages to land another powerful Black Flash attack on the king of Curses.
Despite being sliced by Sukuna, Yuji perseveres and delivers another powerful attack, the Black Flash. In the latest Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 257 spoilers, Sukuna is enraged and attempts to retaliate against Yuji, but Ino intervenes and temporarily halts the Curse by throwing Nanami’s blade. Ino acknowledges Yuji’s impressive strength and encourages him to give it his all against Sukuna.
Yuji Itadori’s seventh consecutive Black Flash strike against Sukuna solidifies his equal footing with the cursed spirit, surpassing him in power. As revealed in spoilers for Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 257, there will be no hiatus next week.
