In chapter 267 of Jujutsu Kaisen, Yuta Okkotsu starts off by asking Gojo to give him Sukuna’s last remaining finger in a lengthy flashback. Yuta’s intention is to give the finger to Rika, enabling her to replicate Sukuna’s Malevolent Shrine. This request is made while they are undergoing body swap training.

Despite being inside Yuta’s body at the time, Gojo swiftly dismisses the idea, stating that it would not be enough to achieve his goals. Although Yuta is disappointed, he recognizes that even with the ability to replicate Inamaki’s Cursed Speech, he still requires assistance.

In the 267th chapter of Jujutsu Kaisen, Gojo initially hesitates to give up Sukuna’s finger as it is their sole link to the King of Curses. However, Yuta reveals that Rika has the ability to replicate a sorcerer’s Cursed Technique by consuming a part of their body. Yuta also knows how to overcome the requirement that the consumed body part must be deadly in order for the technique to be powerful.

Furthermore, it should be noted that in cases where the sorcerer possesses the ability to regenerate a lost body part, the Copy Cursed Technique will prove ineffective. This explains why Yuta opted to use Inumaki and Hana’s arms, as well as a portion of Charles’ ribcage, despite previously assuring Charles that he would heal him.

In Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 267, Mei Mei asks Yuta about his plan, taking into account Todo’s statements about the Resonance between Yuji and Sukuna. Yuta has already considered this and decides to continue with his plan right before Yuji’s battle against Sukuna. He opts not to disclose more information to Yuji than is required.

Despite this, Yuta remains confident that even if Sukuna were to observe noticeable physical changes in Yuji, he would not comprehend the inner turmoil occurring within Yuji’s mind. Additionally, Yuta is banking on the chaos that will ensue after Gojo’s battle.

Ultimately, Yuta discloses to Yuji that despite his lack of knowledge on how to employ them, Sukuna’s Cursed Techniques are permanently inscribed within his body. This is verified by Gojo’s Six Eyes.

As Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 267 brings us back to the present, Sukuna is taken aback when he realizes that Yuji is now missing two fingers. He remembers being the one who caused Yuji to lose his little finger, which he had used to transfer to Megumi. However, the injury from the other missing finger also appears to have occurred some time ago. It suddenly becomes clear to the King of Curses that it was Yuji’s finger, not his own, that was used to replicate the Shrine Cursed Technique.

At the same time, Utahime and Gakuganju stand in front of Sukuna’s sealed finger. It is disclosed that the Special Grade Cursed Object cannot be harmed by any means. Utahime suggests a different approach of trying to penetrate the Cursed Technique instead of destroying the finger. She then turns her attention to Nobara, who has only been awake for half an hour.

In Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 267, we see Nobara, who is now filled with determination, brandishing her hammer and nails. Employing Resonance, she pierces Sukuna’s upper body with nails from his own finger. Sukuna becomes flustered as he realizes that Nobara is responsible for this attack.

Despite his efforts, Sukuna is unable to activate his Domain or defend against Yuji’s guaranteed attack. However, Nobara’s return has revitalized Yuji and he continues to fight with increased determination. Using Dismantle and a series of well-placed strikes, Yuji successfully lands powerful hits on Sukuna.

Despite his initial belief that Yuji was at a disadvantage, Sukuna is surprised once again when Yuji manages to land a double blow with a slight delay. This is despite the fact that Yuji has been neglecting to heal himself and has been utilizing a significant amount of Cursed Energy in the Domain, a display of Sukuna’s overconfidence.

Yuji’s determination to finish the fight only grows stronger. With his next move, he unleashes a powerful Black Flash, driving his hand straight through Sukuna’s heart.
