Jujutsu Kaisen, Demon Slayer & My Hero Academia’s villains all share one peculiar detail

As the final battle with Sukuna draws near in Jujutsu Kaisen, it becomes apparent that it shares a peculiar similarity with the antagonists of Demon Slayer and My Hero Academia.

Gege Akutami’s Jujutsu Kaisen will soon join the ranks of its fellow manga series Demon Slayer and My Hero Academia as it nears its conclusion. The final chapter is set to be released on September 30, 2024, bringing an end to its six-year-long adventure.

The manga’s final arc began last year, featuring the jujutsu sorcerers engaging in a fierce battle against Sukuna. The long-awaited conclusion arrives in Chapter 268, as Sukuna meets his demise after being forcefully separated from Megumi’s body.

However, prior to witnessing the iconic villain’s demise, we are shown his most primitive state. Once separated from Megumi’s body, Sukuna transforms back into his cursed form. Despite his title as the King of Curses, it is not a grand and majestic sight. Instead, his cursed form resembles an unsightly, slimy creature.

Even though he disappears shortly after rejecting Yuji’s kindness, the brief appearance of this form reminds us of two other malevolent villains who also meet a similar end.

Despite causing chaos for centuries, Muzan is ultimately vanquished by the demon slayers in the finale of the series. However, before being eradicated, he transforms into a massive demonic baby.

Similarly to Muzan, All For One from My Hero Academia has also caused destruction for centuries. In the Final War Arc, he reaches the height of his strength. However, after numerous battles against the heroes, he experiences a strange phenomenon where he begins to age in reverse, ultimately transforming into a peculiar infant at some point.

The villains of Jujutsu Kaisen, My Hero Academia, and Demon Slayer all bear a striking resemblance. Each of these enemies ultimately meets their demise in a pitiful state. Although an unusual trait to have in common, it is one that should not go unnoticed.

Despite sharing some similarities, there are also a few noticeable differences between these manga, as our analysis of Bakugo and Nobara’s comebacks will reveal.
