<p>The Jujutsu Kaisen manga is set to conclude with Chapter 271, and early spoilers suggest that plans for a sequel may be in the works.
This epic tale of Jujutsu Kaisen is scheduled to reach its finale on September 29, 2024. Early insights into Chapter 271 indicate that the final panel leaves the story on an ambiguous note.
Nobara makes her impactful return in the manga, utilizing her Resonance on Sukuna’s final finger. Although she successfully weakens the King of Curses, allowing Yuji to defeat him, the finger itself remains intact.
This finger is so formidable that even the strongest sorcerer of the modern era, Satoru Gojo, was unable to inflict any damage. Its location has remained a mystery since Nobara’s assault.
The final panel reveals that the sorcerers have resealed the finger much like how Yuji discovered it at the series’ outset. This narrative choice completes the arc and leaves a chance for Sukuna’s revival in the future.

Over the centuries, the seal on this finger will gradually weaken. As long as curses exist, they will continue their pursuit of the finger. Moreover, another individual in the future might emerge with abilities akin to Megumi, potentially serving as a vessel.
Thus, while the prospect of Jujutsu Kaisen Part 2 seems distant at this time, the potential for Sukuna’s return undoubtedly leaves the door open for continued storytelling. The manga concludes on a positive note with the trio reuniting and each character embarking on their own journeys. Nevertheless, the battle against everlasting curses remains ongoing, promising challenges ahead.
