Upcoming End Date for Jujutsu Kaisen Manga
On August 19, 2024, Shonen Jump’s official YouTube Channel released a special Jump Press video. The Jump Press revealed updates about various projects, including the Witch Watch anime, the return of Hunter X Hunter manga, and a battle manga award. However, the most significant announcement was regarding the Jujutsu Kaisen manga.
The Jujutsu Kaisen manga is expected to conclude in only five chapters. This indicates that the final chapter, Chapter 271, will be published in issue 44 of the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine on Monday, September 30, 2024.
Furthermore, the Jump Press also disclosed a statement from manga artist Gege Akutami regarding the finale of the series.
To begin with, Gege Akutami announced to fans that the series would conclude in five chapters. He expressed his gratitude to the readers for their support and cooperation, acknowledging that without them, he would not have been able to conclude the story as he had envisioned.
Additionally, he conveyed his dedication to crafting a concluding chapter that would hopefully please the majority of supporters of the series. As such, the manga artist appealed to fans to be patient with him during this process.
What to Expect from the Conclusion of Jujutsu Kaisen Manga
As Jujutsu Kaisen manga approaches its conclusion with only five more chapters left in its serialization, the main focus is expected to be on the final battle between the Jujutsu Sorcerers and the powerful King of Curses, Ryomen Sukuna. With Yuji Itadori leading the sorcerers, the protagonist is likely to gain the upper hand in the ongoing fight.
While the upcoming five chapters will not solely revolve around Itadori vs. Sukuna, it’s worth noting that the manga has also shown the beginning of the Kinji Hakari and Uraume fight. Therefore, it is possible that one of the five chapters will also feature this battle.
After the fights come to an end, the manga may resolve all lingering plot points and disclose the fate of the remaining characters in the series. This could potentially provide fans with answers regarding the outcome of various characters, such as Kugisaki Nobara. However, fans can only anticipate that the next five chapters will address all of their unanswered questions.
