Jujutsu Kaisen: One Way to Improve the Manga and Anime

Fans of Jujutsu Kaisen believe that the anime has the potential to address some of the shorter and off-screen fights from the manga.

Although the manga is renowned for its consecutive and intense fight scenes, certain ones garner more attention than others.

This is particularly evident in the ongoing Shinjuku Showdown Arc. Despite the intense battle between Sukuna and the jujutsu sorcerers, the confrontation between Hakari and Uraume remains in the background. As there are only four chapters remaining in the manga, it is unlikely that we will witness a satisfying showdown between the two.

Despite the presence of Hakari and Uraume, the manga does not focus much on Kashimo, who is considered one of the strongest members on the heroes’ side. His fight against Sukuna is resolved in a rather swift manner, much to the disappointment of fans.

Therefore, viewers eagerly anticipate a more improved depiction of the battles in the Jujutsu Kaisen anime. The series has previously elongated specific confrontations, such as Sukuna vs. Mahoraga, and has undeniably enhanced them with stunning animation.

Fans are eagerly anticipating that Hakari vs. Uraume and Sukuna vs. Kashimo will receive the same level of attention. In fact, some are even hoping for a more extended confrontation between Kenjaku and Yuta, as depicted in the manga where the young sorcerer quickly defeats the villain.

According to one Reddit user, it is likely that the manga will not be ending at its current point if the author, Gege, were in perfect health. Therefore, it would be surprising if the anime does not expand on certain aspects that the author has not been able to explore in the manga.

“Another person expressed their desire for Kashimo to receive the same attention as Toji and Megumi. Additionally, many of the important battles in Season 2 of Jujutsu Kaisen had prolonged scenes, leading to the assumption that this trend will continue, particularly in the later chapters.”

“Absolutely, it’s safe to say that the Hakari vs Uraume matchup is receiving the same treatment as Gojo vs Miguel (a fight depicted off-screen),” chimed in a fourth person. “We can only anticipate the addition of anime-exclusive scenes in the future. And as for Kenjaku vs Yuta, it’s more of an ambush than a proper fight, so there’s no need to prolong it.”

With Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 focusing on the Culling Game Arc, it will likely be a while before we get to see the final arc on screen.

Additionally, you have the opportunity to gain further knowledge about the soon-to-be-released film, Jujutsu Kaisen: Hidden Inventory.
