The brand reputation index is determined by analyzing brand big data, which reveals that consumers’ online behaviors have a significant impact on brand consumption.
The top 30 boy groups in the brand reputation rankings for June 2024 include SEVENTEEN, BTS, TWS, ATEEZ, Stray Kids, ASTRO, ZEROBASEONE, ENHYPEN, THE BOYZ, EXO, SHINee, TREASURE, Super Junior, MONSTA X, BOYNEXTDOOR, 2PM, VIXX, BTOB, WINNER, Wanna One, TVXQ, INFINITE, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, RIIZE, ONEUS, Highlight, ONF, FTISLAND, GOT7, and PENTAGON.
In May, SEVENTEEN achieved a brand reputation index of 5,046,444, ranking first with a participation index of 342,158, a media index of 1,396,205, a communication index of 1,296,380, and a community index of 1,539,969. However, in the current month, their brand reputation index has decreased by 9.35% to 4,574,712.
According to Koo Chang-hwan, director of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, SEVENTEEN ranked first in the big data analysis of boy group brand reputation for June 2024. This represents a 12.26% decrease compared to the 51,491,036 pieces of data from May. A closer examination revealed a 13.54% decrease in brand consumption, a 19.24% decrease in brand issues, a 5.17% increase in brand communication, and a 17.07% decrease in brand expansion.
