On the 15th, Netflix Korea’s YouTube channel released a video titled “How Jung Hae-in & Jung So-min Differ from Their Characters Seok-ryu & Seung-hyo.”
The leading actors of tvN’s drama ‘Love Next Door,’ Jung Hae-in and Jung So-min, engaged in the “Me VS Character” segment. Jung Hae-in revealed, “Seok-ryu is literally a top student who has never missed first place and has never faced failure. She has a strong competitive spirit. In reality, Jung So-min is competitive too, but not as much as I am.”
Discussing their MBTI types, Jung So-min explained, “Seok-ryu is a power J, while I am a more flexible J. From my perspective, Seok-ryu seems like an ESFJ, whereas I am an INFJ.”
Jung Hae-in added, “These days, I test as INTJ. Before, I got ISTP and INFJ,” to which Jung So-min humorously asked, “Do you really get J?”
When discussing the theme of ‘sweetness,’ Jung So-min noted, “If Seung-hyo is only sweet to Seok-ryu, in real life, Jung Hae-in is genuinely sweet and considerate towards everyone around him. I’ve seen both the scripted and live performances, and his kindness is unmatched.”
She also humorously referred to Seok-ryu as a “spicy character,” saying, “I feel so sorry for Lee Seung-hyub, who plays Dong-jin, because Seok-ryu turns into a fire chicken every time she meets her brother and hits him in every scene. I feel so bad.”
The romantic comedy ‘Love Next Door,’ featuring Jung Hae-in and Jung So-min, airs every Saturday and Sunday at 9:20 PM. The series focuses on a woman rebooting her troubled life and her “Mom’s Friend’s Son,” who represents her embarrassing past.
