At 3:30 PM on July 18th, the stock price of JYP Entertainment (JYP) was 57,900 won, showing a increase of 2,100 won (3.76%) from the previous day.

During the morning, JYP’s stock price remained consistently low around 55,000 won. However, after the announcement of Stray Kids’ contract renewal at 2 PM, the stock rebounded to nearly 58,000 won.

Despite facing potential instability due to the contract renewal issue of its leading artist, Stray Kids, JYP was able to mitigate the risk with the recent announcement that all eight members have renewed their contracts. This has resulted in an upward trend for the company.
