The netizen posted two photos of aespa’s Karina, stating that there were rumors of her undergoing surgery after seeing the pictures. However, the netizen believes that simply getting a forehead lift and touching the nose bridge would not result in such a drastic transformation.
They went on to say, “Closing your mouth like that can cause wrinkles to form around the corners of your mouth and lips.”They then added, “I think she has been intentionally opening her mouth with a relaxed expression, which is what led to the remarkable transformation on her face.”

Despite not wearing makeup, Karina’s appearance remains unchanged from how she looked in the past. So why are people once again spreading rumors about her getting plastic surgery?
