A user on Instiz posted a few screenshots displaying details about the songs of LE SSERAFIM that have been registered on KOMCA (Korea Music Copyright Association), including “Easy”, “Good Bones”, “Swan Song”, and “We Got So Much”.
This netizen also brought up the fact that when searching for the copyright registration of the song “Smart”from the same album, no results were found. They questioned if this was one of the songs that Min Hee-jin mentioned when discussing HYBE’s copyright issues involving a large sum of money.

Following this, additional netizens left their comments:
Based on the timing of when Min Hee-jin sent the whistleblowing email, it can be assumed that not only this song, but also previous albums, have been subject to lawsuits. While negotiations for some songs have been finalized, it seems that there is still no resolution for the Easy album. It appears that an agreement has not been reached for the Easy album.
– Multiple songs were taken to court, therefore what are the remaining ones?
– So, it’s correct, correct? The problem with plagiarism…?
– The band LESSERAFIM was indeed accused of plagiarism, a common occurrence with foreign songs. Now, it seems that ILLIT is also guilty of plagiarizing NewJeans.
– This result was already predicted by me.
This serves as evidence that HYBE lacks sufficient funds…
– Not only did they copy the song, but they also replicated the concept of their outfits and choreographies. It is evident to anyone who sees it immediately.
