A post on Nate Pann by a netizen gained attention for highlighting the issue of PUBG players making sexual harassment posts and comments about NewJeans members, using characters from the collaboration between NewJeans and PUBG: Battlegrounds.
Reacting to this, some other internet users left comments:
The comments are all echoing the same sentiment, “Isn’t ADOR crazy?”While it was unexpected, there continues to be a steady stream of female characters inspired by female idols being released, due to the foolishness of the agencies’ CEOs. Even LE SSERAFIM made an appearance as characters in Sudden Attack.
Community users from DC and FMKorea should be specifically excluded from the filtering process.
It is evident that this is sexual harassment. Are they not rational? How could they post such things?
Please remove any content related to sexual harassment from this platform. Do not attempt to gain attention by keeping it up.
Despite purchasing characters such as Son Heung-min, Ma Dong-seok, Lee Jung-jae, BLACKPINK, and Newjeans, I have never used them nor considered using them in that manner. The content of the posts is abhorrent. What drives them to take pride in such actions? Those individuals should simply disappear. Although I am not a fan of the group, this behavior greatly disgusts me.
– So, the fans are choosing to remain silent in order to avoid causing any harm to the CEO instead of trying to protect NewJeans?
