Bibi, a renowned singer recognized for her distinct style and music, recently spoke about her struggle with panic symptoms and how they have affected her life and career.
During an appearance on the YouTube channel ‘Jinhanhyeong Shin Dong-yeop,’ Bibi shared the severity of her battle with panic.
She confessed, “If I’m upset, it could be extreme… I need medication.”Reflecting on the experience, she shared, “I didn’t think (panic) would come. I thought it was something that only happened in my head, but this is my body.”
Overcoming Obstacles and Shifting Perspective
Bibi detailed her approach to handling these challenges, saying,

She highlighted the importance of seeking help and changing her mindset, saying, “I took medicine at the hospital. It also affected my work. I just couldn’t think of anything.”
She emphasized the need for a positive outlook, adding, “I decided that if I was going to live anyway, I would live happily.”
Debunking Misconceptions About Songs
To clarify any misunderstandings about her music, specifically her song ‘Bamyanggaeng,’ Bibi stated,
“Obviously, ‘Bamyanggaeng’ has a different meaning, it has a hidden meaning, they say it’s a dirty song, but it’s not really true.”
