On the June 25 episode of SBS PowerFM’s ‘Cultwo Show,’ singer K.Will made a guest appearance alongside special DJ Muzy.
During the discussion, K.Will shared his thoughts on the music video for his latest track, which caught the public’s eye due to the cameos of Seo In-guk and Ahn Jae-hyun. He mentioned that the two had previously starred in the music video for ‘Please Don’t…’, which garnered widespread success. Interestingly, Ahn Jae-hyun reached out to K.Will and proposed the idea of appearing together on Seo In-guk’s YouTube channel.
After suggesting the idea to Jae-hyun, he was intrigued and we both agreed it would be interesting to link a new minor-key song to the music video. We then set out to convince Seo In-guk, and after much persuasion, he eventually agreed. That is how the collaboration came to be.
When questioned about the overwhelming response, K.Will stated, “My intention was to create something enjoyable, but I never imagined it would generate such widespread discussion. The amount of global recognition it has received is truly astounding.”
“With a chuckle, he remarked, “People are allowing their imaginations to run wild, causing the situation to spiral out of control. Therefore, we have decided to simply let it be.”
However, even years after its release, K.Will’s “Please Don’t..”music video went viral due to its surprising gay storyline between Seo In-guk and Ahn Jae-hyun. The new MV for K.Will further explored the relationship between the two, garnering even more attention.
