Kagurabachi Chapter 32 Recap

Chihiro Rokuhira enters the True Realm of Cloud Gouger blade in chapter 32 of Kagurabachi, titled “Selection”. With renewed determination, he quickly charges at the Hishaku boss and successfully cuts off his right arm. Undeterred, the sorcerer retaliates by throwing his severed arm at Rokuhira in an attempt to distract him.

Despite Chihiro’s anticipation and successful plunge of the Enchanted Blade into the Hishaku boss’ heart, he soon realizes that the sorcerer had intentionally allowed the attack. The following chapter reveals that Cloud Gouger only has three charges remaining before it ultimately perishes.

After carefully examining the situation, Chihiro realizes that there is no use in trying to use up all of their charges on the Hishaku boss, as they are uncertain of the sorcerer’s true abilities.

Additionally, he must not compromise his primary objective, which is to reach the Sazanami clan’s cemetery and find the emergency exit door. In order to do so, he needs to rendezvous with Hakuri and Shiba.

As he gazes at the wooden wall, he resolves to risk everything in order to break through and reach the other side. At the same time, on the opposite end of the battlefield, Hakuri attempts to cast an Isou but is unsuccessful.

Soya Sazanami scolds him for having faith in Chihiro, while Hakuri remains convinced that Chihiro is plotting to break through the gates and join him. The next chapter then delves into a flashback, showcasing Chihiro, Shiba, and Hakuri.

The mentor with blonde hair informs Hakuri that Isou is at his disposal and proceeds to explain the intricacies of the sorcery system. As stated by Shiba in the chapter, every individual possesses Spirit Energy within their body.

To attain extraordinary defensive and mobility skills, it is imperative to effectively channel one’s energy. Without a strong physique, the use of sorcery is not possible. However, Hakuri managed to withstand Hiyuki’s deadly Flame Bone of the Starving, a feat that would have been fatal for an average person.

In simpler terms, his physical state is capable of practicing sorcery, specifically Isou. However, his past traumas and personal fears hinder him from fully unleashing his true abilities. In the present moment, Hakuri recalls Chihiro’s suggestion to stop the Rakuzaichi auction together.

Leaving his fear behind, he chants Isou once again. This time, he is able to generate the shockwaves that propel his elder brother towards the wooden wall.

During that moment, Chihiro Rokuhira showcases Mei: Shred by using it to rummage through the wall and unexpectedly skewer Soya Sazanami from behind with his blade.

The composure displayed by Chihiro leaves a lasting impression on the leader of Hishaku. As the chapter draws to a close, Hiyuki Kagari emerges behind the Hishaku boss, foreshadowing an upcoming battle.

Considering the conclusion of the previous chapter, chapter 33 of Kagurabachi will most likely feature Hiyuki Kagari facing off against the leader of the Hishaku. She possesses the Flame Bone of the Starving, a weapon that can match an Enchanted Blade.

She will try to prevent the Hishaku boss from attacking, while Chihiro and Hakuri will attempt to find Shiba’s whereabouts. Chapter 33 of Kagurabachi may also focus on Shiba and depict his fight against the three Tou members.
