Kagurabachi Creator to Reveal Chihiro’s Mother

Chihiro’s mother is still a mystery to fans, but creator Takeru Hokazono of Kagurabachi has confirmed that he will be introducing her in the future.

Kagurabachi continues to reign as one of the most beloved new-generation manga series. Its debut sparked immense excitement among Shonen enthusiasts, and even after 40 chapters, the story still captivates its audience. The character of Kagurabachi exudes a sleek and enchanting aura, with a touch of mysticism. The manga’s signature swordplay is a favorite among Shonen fans.

The manga tells the tale of Chihiro Rokuhira, who embarks on a mission to retrieve the magical swords that were taken from his deceased father. Despite facing formidable foes, Chihiro’s determination remains unwavering. Throughout the story, there are numerous moments where he and his father, Kunishige, have meaningful exchanges.

Although Chihiro’s father was a renowned swordsmith known for his unique method of crafting special katana, there is no mention of his mother. Throughout his childhood, his father was the only family Chihiro had.

As stated by a well-known Kagurabachi Twitter/X account (https://x.com/brkagurabachi/status/1812438271131099372), during the Japan Expo Q&A with Takeru-sensei, he was asked about Chihiro’s mother’s whereabouts. His response was that he would address her in a future volume, solidifying her significance in the story.

There is already a lot of curiosity among fans about the new character. According to a user, “I can’t help but wonder what kind of person she is. I have a feeling she must be kind and good-hearted.”
