Kai Cenat shocked IShowSpeed left off top influencer list that he won

Twitch streamer Kai Cenat criticized Rolling Stone for excluding IShowSpeed from their list of the Top 25 most influential social media influencers and creators of 2024, even though they included other streamers.

In recent years, IShowSpeed has emerged as a major player in the online world. The 19-year-old first gained fame for his admiration of Cristiano Ronaldo, and has since had the opportunity to connect with the renowned football star.

In addition, he has frequently appeared on Kai Cenat’s streams, participating in popular games such as Chained Together and Minecraft during their extensive broadcasts. The Twitch sensation has actively advocated for the platform to bring back Speed from YouTube, following his previous suspensions from the Amazon-owned channel.

Kai, the AMP star, has been advocating for Speed’s recognition in awards as well. Despite being 19 years old, Speed was not included in Rolling Stone’s list of top influential social media influencers and creators for 2024, which left Kai displeased.

During his August 29 stream, he mentioned that his friend was not included on the list, expressing confusion and giving recognition to other names that were featured such as RCDWorld and Druski. He made it clear that he meant no disrespect to anyone.

“My son experiences motion sickness, if you know what I mean. It’s unbelievable that he wasn’t able to make it at all.”

Kai was recognized as the top influencer on the chart, with Duke Dennis also making it into the top five. Kai also gave a shoutout to Duke for his impressive ranking.

Although Kai may be disappointed that Speed was not included on the list, he is not the only streamer featured. Along with Hasan Piker and Pokimane, they represent Twitch on the list. Furthermore, both Kai and Hasan have been listed for two consecutive years.

Despite achieving a huge success in 2024 and gaining viral attention on a few occasions, it seems that Speed will need to surpass his own achievements for the upcoming year.
