Kai Cenat’s Generosity: Paying for a Small Streamer’s College Tuition After Beating Minecraft

Twitch personality Kai Cenat generously rewarded a lesser known streamer for successfully completing a Minecraft speedrun by covering their college tuition for the current semester.

Throughout time, we have witnessed numerous prominent Twitch streamers lending a helping hand to fellow up-and-comers. Many well-known individuals have hosted smaller creators, provided support through gifted subscriptions, and even made generous donations to assist in purchasing new equipment.

As Kai Cenat continues to rise as Twitch’s biggest star, he has also made a point to give back to the community. He has brought attention to various other content creators, generously gifted subscriptions, and even funded a semester of college tuition for one streamer.

Indeed, during Kai’s September 3 stream, he became intrigued by speedrunner Silverruns’ attempt to beat Minecraft in less than 20 minutes. Kai was impressed by his fellow streamer’s abilities and even offered 500 gifted subscriptions as a reward.

After Silverruns successfully defeated the Enderdragon, Kai had a different proposal. “Do you happen to know how much your college tuition is?”he inquired. “Well, since you’ve proven yourself to be so impressive, I’ll give you $10,000. Consider it a gift from me.”

Kai declared the smaller streamer as the ultimate “GOAT”of Minecraft and followed through by gifting them 500 subs, totaling to a generous $12,500 contribution to Silverruns’ channel. The unexpected gesture left the streamer in disbelief.

“Silverruns exclaimed, alternating between expressions of shock and admiration, while also frequently burying his head in his hands.”

Kai’s act of charity extended beyond his initial stream, as he continued to give away a total of $100,000. He even engaged fans and fellow streamers in games such as rock, paper, scissors, challenging them to join in on the giving spirit.

Despite the challenge, the small Twitch streamer was the sole player to successfully complete the Minecraft challenge. Kai, who had previously attempted to complete hardcore Minecraft with IShowSpeed and spent over 100 hours doing so, understands the difficulty involved.
