According to a report by DongA Ilbo on May 15th, Kang Ki Young’s brother, who was 44 years old, recently passed away. Currently, the actor is attending the funeral of his brother alongside his wife and parents.
The funeral for the deceased, who will be buried at Seoul Memorial Park, has been arranged to take place at 9 a.m. on the 17th at the funeral hall of Ajou University Hospital.
Similarly, fellow actors Joo Jong-hyuk, Jo Woo-jin, Kim Young-kwang, Hwang Bo-ra, and others also expressed their condolences and sent wreaths to honor the deceased and comfort Kang Ki-young.
In the meantime, Kang Ki-young has garnered immense admiration for his roles in numerous hit dramas including “Extraordinary Attorney Woo Young-woo” , “The Uncanny Counter 2” , “What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim” , “Oh My Ghost” , and “Queen of Divorce” .
