On October 22nd, Kang Na-eon participated in an interview at the TenAsia headquarters located in Jung-gu, Seoul. She made her acting debut in the 2022 tvN series “Blind,” and her popularity surged last year due to her role in “Crash Course in Romance.” This year, she has been expanding her portfolio with appearances in the film “Wedding Impossible” and the TVING series titled “Pyramid Game.”
Kang Na-eon teamed up with Kim Woo-seok in the web drama “0th Period Is Insider Time.” This series is a teenage romantic thriller that showcases an outsider who becomes the administrator of an anonymous app named “Insider Time,” where she uncovers the hidden truths of her classmates, ultimately intertwining her fate with the in-crowd she longs to join.
When discussing the relationship between Lee Chae-min and Ryu Da-in, who were also featured in “Crash Course in Romance,” Kang Na-eon expressed, “I look up to their bravery. Personally, my focus is on advancing my career, and dating isn’t on my mind at the moment.”
In a light-hearted exchange, when reporters playfully questioned whether dating might impede her professional life, she chuckled, responding, “That’s definitely a possibility. Many of my friends are successfully balancing their careers with their romantic relationships.” She continued, “However, I’m not currently interested in dating. My priority is to concentrate on my work.”
Taking on her first leading role in the romantic genre with “0th Period Is Insider Time,” she reflected on the opportunity, stating, “I felt immense joy when I received the casting news. Leading the show was a thrilling experience, but it also brought significant responsibility. My initial thought was the need to give my all.”
