Kawaki may die in Boruto only to return stronger (& this theory explains it)

The Boruto manga series has made significant progress and appears to be building towards a major confrontation between the main characters. The release of new chapters is spaced out on a monthly basis.

This leads the fanbase to flock to X (previously referred to as Twitter) and create numerous fan theories. Although many fan theories are compelling and incorporate past events, others lack substantial evidence.

There has been a prevalent Boruto theory circulating online that centers around Kawaki from the series. A user with the handle @k1k3art shared a unique perspective on the potential developments in the story from this point.

Please note: This article contains major spoilers for the Two Blue Vortex manga series.

Possible fate of Kawaki according to Boruto fan theory

The user mentioned earlier on X had a belief that revolved around Kawaki. The belief suggests that Kawaki might meet his demise and subsequently be brought back to life with the assistance of Delta. Those who have been keeping up with the manga will be aware of Kawaki’s crucial role at present.

Kawaki reveals that his intention is to eliminate the protagonist, as he sees them as a danger to both Naruto and the village of Konohagakure. As a result, their upcoming battle is expected to be a pivotal moment in the manga, as hinted at in the opening of the sequel series.

Currently, there is a new danger looming: Shinju. A certain fan has expressed concern that Kawaki may meet his end in an upcoming chapter of the series. Although the tweet did not specify how he might perish, it is implied that his battle with the Shinju could prove fatal.

Despite the occurrence of Power Creep in the Boruto series, the villains have become even stronger. As a result, characters like Jura and Hidari pose a potential threat to Kawaki.

Therefore, it is possible that Kawaki may face death. The fan mentioned how Delta could potentially assist in his resurrection. Although this is a compelling idea, the addition of Himawari alters the scenario.

At this moment, the character has the opportunity to show her true potential, and Jura could feel the presence of the Tailed Beast’s chakra within her. This is how Masashi Kishimoto emphasizes her significance in the plot. While the hypothesis is intriguing, it is possible that Kawaki will not meet his end in the manga just yet. However, if he does happen to perish, he could potentially be revived like Boruto. The method of his resurrection may be influenced by a variety of factors.

Although the theory is not completely implausible, it is highly unlikely that it will come to fruition. It is almost certain that Kawaki will continue to grow stronger throughout the series. Nevertheless, there may be alternative methods of obtaining greater power besides being resurrected. It will be intriguing to witness the developments in the upcoming chapters.
