Kevin Nash Intensifies Logan Paul WWE Rivalry by Highlighting He’s Not a “Top Guy”

WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash has once again criticized Logan Paul, asserting that the influencer-turned-wrestler lacks in-ring IQ.

Logan Paul’s tenure in the WWE has been polarizing. While he undeniably delivers noteworthy matches and has garnered admiration from legends like Hulk Hogan and The Undertaker, others within the wrestling community have voiced their concerns regarding his swift ascent in the organization.

Former WWE Superstar Ronda Rousey has called out Paul for allegedly receiving ‘special treatment,’ and NWO icon Kevin Nash publicly expressed his dissatisfaction with Paul’s part-time salary. In response to Nash’s criticisms regarding his compensation, Paul took to Twitter, but Nash has since reaffirmed his stance. During the September 16 episode of his podcast Kliq This, Nash elaborated on why he believes Paul does not merit such a lucrative position in WWE.

Nash addresses Paul at the 20:20 mark in the podcast below.

For Nash, the crux of the matter is Logan Paul’s limited experience inside the ring. During a conversation with co-host Sean Oliver, Nash noted insights he gathered from other WWE Superstars, claiming that Paul “doesn’t remember anything” about match choreography.

“I asked someone who has been in the ring with him, ‘How is he?’ They said, ‘He’s amazing concerning what he can do physically. He just doesn’t remember anything.’ I’m not sure how accurate that is,” Nash specified. “You’re not one of the top five guys if you don’t understand what we’re doing; if you can’t just go out there and call it.”

Nash’s remarks continue his previous assertion that Paul should not be among the top five highest-paid Superstars on the WWE roster. In response to Nash’s original critique, Paul fired back, stating, “You’re one of the old guys that is bitter I am better at your job than you ever were. I will continue to make guys like you eat your words” on Twitter.

As of now, Logan Paul has yet to react to Nash’s latest comments, leaving his intentions uncertain. However, Nash has made it clear that this exchange is not intended to set the stage for a potential match between the two.
