The platform has banned Top Kick streamer N3on following their involvement in a hit & run incident on the streets of New York.
The 19-year-old content creator was live streaming from the passenger seat of a Lamborghini as the driver recklessly weaved through New York traffic. However, the car eventually crashed into another vehicle.
Squeeze Benz, a New York street racer, immediately fled the scene of the crash and turned off the main road, while N3on persistently requested to be let out.

Benz, also known as Squeeze, is a popular content creator in the street racing community. He is notorious for his risky and sometimes unlawful stunts performed in New York, which he shares on TikTok while concealing his identity.
During an earlier part of the stream, he and his colleague took the time to reassure N3on that they would not engage in any reckless driving and expressed their concern about being a “brand risk”. N3on had brought up the possibility of streaming reckless driving being a violation of Kick’s terms and conditions.
“We’ll be joining the other BMWs for a short ride, giving you a glimpse of the New York car culture. If things get out of hand, simply say stop and we will pull over immediately.”

“Our goal is to maintain a positive reputation and establish strong partnerships with both you and other companies. We have no intention of appearing risky or untrustworthy, as we value the potential for future collaborations.”
Upon hearing this, N3on appeared reassured and even made a promise on stream, stating: “This is not reckless driving, but rather completely acceptable to do on Kick.”
Despite the hit-and-run having ended, N3on’s account on Kick was shut down. His channel page now displays a 404 error and has not been restored as of the time of writing.
In March of this year, N3on faced a temporary ban from Kick as well, although the specific reason for the ban was not disclosed.
