During her stream, popular streamer Natalie Reynolds managed to catch a shark while also taking photos of herself sitting on its back and holding its mouth open.
Natalie Reynolds and her friends spent the night sleeping on the beach in an attempt to catch some sharks. Despite their efforts and the live stream not functioning properly, they were unsuccessful and decided to try again on April 15 to “catch some giant sharks”with their team.
Even though they had spent hours trying the day before, the shark took the bait within just an hour after they had set up their specialized fishing equipment and waited.
The streamer quickly arrived, secured a harness, and assumed control of the fishing rod. After approximately five minutes, the catch was successfully reeled in.
As the Shark’s fin emerged from the shallow water, it rapidly approached: “Oh, the shark is right there! It’s right there! Oh my f**king god,” Reynolds exclaimed.
The shark made several attempts to escape, but the group managed to keep it under control while they took multiple photos. Reynolds even sat on the shark’s back and with the assistance of her team, held its mouth open.
After releasing the shark back into the water, the woman suddenly realized she had been injured by its rough skin. “I have cuts on my bottom, exactly where I was sitting on top of the shark. I am bleeding near my buttocks.”

Some clips from the stream have gained widespread attention, eliciting a mixed reaction. Some viewers have criticized the incident as “shark abuse.”
This is not the first instance in which Reynolds has faced criticism for capturing animals. In January, she sparked controversy for killing a wild boar during a live stream on Kick and using a spear as her method of hunting.
Even though Kick’s Community Guidelines did not have any specific rules against animal cruelty at that time, she was still banned from the platform.
Kick has recently revised their policies to explicitly state that any form of illegal violence against animals will not be tolerated. Videos depicting legal hunting activities are acceptable, but those that contain graphic and disturbing scenes of animal suffering will not be permitted.
As of this moment, there has been no ban imposed on Natalie Reynolds on Kick in relation to the shark stream.
