Kick streamer Shoovy has officially filed a police report after another streamer pushed him into a moving train outside of TwitchCon.
TwitchCon 2024 has attracted thousands of streamers and gaming fans to San Diego. While this convention celebrates the streaming platform and fosters community connections, it also brings its share of controversies, a trend evident this year as well.
While live streaming on Kick on September 20, Shoovy found himself in a heated argument with fellow Kick streamer Turbski1 as they were leaving the venue. As Shoovy faced away, Turbski1 unexpectedly shoved him into the path of a moving train.
Reacting immediately, Shoovy turned around and exclaimed, “What the f**k bro?” To which Turbski1 replied, “Get the f**k out of here.” The dispute escalated briefly before both streamers went their separate ways.

After the incident, Shoovy contacted the police to express his desire to press charges and subsequently filed a formal report. “They were discussing a previous argument I had with one of his friends, which is why they confronted me,” Shoovy recounted to the officer, noting that the earlier confrontation occurred “a few weeks ago.”
“They started pushing me, saying, ‘Why aren’t you so tough now?’ They were trying to provoke a fight. He grabbed my phone and began shoving me before pushing me into the train,” he explained to the authorities.
Shoovy later took to his Twitter/X account to further criticize Turbski1. “Goofy ass motherf**ker, now they’ve got your ass on attempted murder while I’m out here chilling. I learned not to get banned over you dumbf**ks; I’m going to laugh at why you’re locked up.”

The event was captured on video by Kick streamer DBR666, who has generated his own share of controversy for allegedly harassing several creators during TwitchCon in San Diego.
In one instance, he was seen disturbing popular streamer xQc, who was visibly uncomfortable and called DBR666 a “f**king weirdo” after he made inappropriate remarks. Additionally, DBR666 has faced accusations of sexual assault for allegedly inappropriately touching Twitch streamer Nmplol during a live broadcast.
