During the press conference for “Love in the Big City”(directed by Lee Eon-hee) at Megabox Seongsu in Seongdong-gu, Seoul on September 2, Kim Go-eun explained her decision to join the project.
Kim Go-eun expressed her excitement for a project she had been anticipating for a long time. After receiving the script two and a half years ago, she had patiently waited for its production and was overjoyed when it finally came to fruition.
“She explained, “The reason I joined is because I found the script to be incredibly intriguing. I was drawn to its unflinching honesty and straightforwardness.”
When questioned about whether her perception of success has improved since the release of “Exhuma”, she humbly responded, “I believe it’s decent.”
Scheduled for release on October 2nd, “Love in the Big City”follows the journey of Jae-hee (portrayed by Kim Go-eun), a carefree individual who pays no mind to societal opinions, and Heung-soo (portrayed by Noh Sang-hyun), who has a tendency to keep his distance from the world. The movie delves into their unconventional way of loving each other while sharing a home.
