In the drama “Guardian: The Lonely and Great God,”Kim Go-eun donned a minimalist wedding dress, but she recently disclosed that her first encounter with a traditional wedding gown took place during the filming of her latest movie. This experience profoundly altered her views on marriage.
After trying on the wedding attire, Kim Go-eun admitted that she realized marriage might be more challenging than she previously imagined. She elaborated on the difficulties she faced while wearing the dress, noting how distinct it was from the glamorous outfits she typically sports at award ceremonies. The corset, in particular, posed significant discomfort.
On reflecting about the discomfort caused by both the corset and the gown, Kim Go-eun quipped, “I don’t think I can get married.”
In the movie “Love in the Big City,”she takes on the role of Jae-hee, a free-spirited character, and showcases a captivating on-screen chemistry with her co-star Noh Sang-hyun. She noted how the wedding scene in the film left a significant impact on her.
Kim Go-eun believes that this particular scene encapsulated the essence of the movie’s narrative. She was particularly moved by the commitment Noh Sang-hyun, who plays Heung-soo, displayed while performing his dance sequences.
