Kim Hee-ae’s Real Estate Investment: 12 Billion Won Building Valued at 50 Billion Won After 18 Years

As reported by Building Road Real Estate, actress Kim Hee-ae made a significant investment in July 2006 by acquiring three parking lots along Dosan-daero in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for a total of 11.9 billion won. This prime real estate is conveniently situated just seven minutes from Apgujeong Rodeo Station on the Suinbundang Line, nestled in the prestigious Cheongdam-dong Luxury Street, where internationally renowned brands such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Armani are present.

Initially acquired for the purpose of a parking facility, Kim Hee-ae began construction on a new structure in 2020. This newly completed building features four basement levels and five floors above ground. The establishment now hosts a dermatology clinic and high-end flagship retail outlets from the second basement to the fifth floor, while the third and fourth basement levels serve as parking and administrative areas.

Currently, the market valuation of Kim Hee-ae’s property is approximately 50 billion won. Given its prominent location on the luxury street of Cheongdam-dong, the potential for increased value and steady rental income from this investment is highly promising.
