Kim Ji-won’s Rumored Purchase of 6.3 Billion Won Building: Agency Unable to Confirm

In June 2021, Korean media outlets reported that Kim Ji-won had bought a building in Gangnam-gu, Seoul for 6.3 billion won (approximately 4.5 million USD) on April 19.

The building that Kim Ji-won bought was finished in 1991 and has been said to consist of one basement floor and five floors above ground.

It has been confirmed that the building was purchased by Kim Ji-won, the CEO of “Jiwon Entertainment Co., Ltd.,”in 2021 under the corporate name. However, no significant construction work has been done since the purchase.

The actress is managing a rental business on the lower levels of the building, while transforming the upper floors – previously used for residential purposes – into community facilities and offices for her associated company.

Upon receiving this information, Kim Ji-won’s agency responded by stating that the matter is challenging to verify as it pertains to the artist’s personal affairs.

In the meantime, Kim Ji-won is experiencing the height of her career since her debut, flawlessly embodying the leading lady Hong Hae-in in the currently airing tvN drama “Queen of Tears.”
