Kang Hoon made his debut as a temporary member on SBS’s popular entertainment program “Running Man” during the May 26th broadcast. He joined the cast for the most recent recording, becoming the first temporary member to fill the spot left by Jeon So-min, who departed from the show in November of last year. The other members introduced the new system of hiring temporary members to replace any absences on the show.
Despite being less well-known than the other members, the production team of “Running Man”created a special race in honor of Kang Hoon. The mission required the members to walk around the streets and have citizens in their 30s or older mention Kang Hoon’s name. While filming, a dedicated fan of the show recognized the drama featuring Kang Hoon but could not recall his name.
Kang Hoon questioned, “Why do I need to promote myself in this manner?”Haha responded, “This is the most effective method,”indicating his approval of the unconventional promotion. When Kim Jong-kook inquired,
Yoo Jae-suk mentioned that there are still some people who are not familiar with all the members’ names. Song Ji-hyo then shared an embarrassing incident where she was mistaken for Jeon So-min. This sparked a comment from Kim Jong-kook, hinting at Song Ji-hyo’s previous laser procedure. The members erupted in laughter, while Song Ji-hyo joked that her face is no longer swollen.
During the last episode, Song Ji-hyo shocked the audience by disclosing that she had undergone a laser procedure. This resulted in her being called “Song Sera”due to her puffy face. Song Ji-hyo confessed, “I have poor blood circulation”and explained that she had opted for laser treatments to achieve a more youthful appearance. She also shared that her face had become slightly swollen after receiving 600 shots.
