Shota and Sawako Reconcile in Kimi ni Todoke Season 3

The main focus of Kimi ni Todoke season 3 was on the relationship between Sawako and Kuronuma, as well as the lighthearted dynamic between them and Shota Kazehaya. Despite appearing to be a perfect match, the two faced challenges in their relationship due to insecurities and a lack of communication.

During the summer break, Sawako and Shota had a blissful time going on dates, meeting each other’s families, and creating cherished memories. Fast forward to their trip to Okinawa, they were on the verge of sharing their first kiss when they were unintentionally interrupted by Ayane.

Ever since, Sawako and Shota had become distant. Sawako was too timid to mention it, while Shota began to keep his distance from her. Initially, Sawako had hoped that things would improve between them. However, she eventually came to realize the growing gap between them.

Despite the invisible barrier between them, Sawako and Shota were unable to express their true emotions. Sawako questioned if there was something about her that was causing Shota’s hesitation. After building up her courage, she decided to have a conversation with him, but Shota’s responses only added to Sawako’s self-doubt.

Despite initially blaming herself, Sawako eventually came to the realization that it was Shota who had caused the distance between them. This led her to question their relationship and wonder if it had all been a façade. However, on Christmas Eve, Shota’s kiss and confession of his true feelings dispelled all of Sawako’s doubts.

Shota reaffirmed his relationship with Sawako and expressed his desire for their relationship to progress at a healthy pace. However, he was aware of the potential dangers of moving too quickly and unintentionally created a barrier between them. Despite this, he made sure to tell Sawako how much she meant to him.

Ever since their first meeting, Sawako has held a special place in Shota’s heart. In Kimi ni Todoke season 3, Shota expressed to Sawako that he couldn’t bear to share her with anyone else because he was too selfish. He had a hard time opening up to others, and as a result, he unconsciously built a wall around himself.

Despite Shota Kazehaya’s initial desire to keep his distance from Sawako, he eventually realized that he no longer wanted to do so. He now wanted to take care of and cherish her in every way possible. Unfortunately, Sawako was too overwhelmed with emotion to respond to Shota’s confession.

Despite this, she discovered the depth of the boy’s love for her in the final episode of Kimi ni Todoke season 3, titled Happy Moment, as they reconciled after an emotional confession.
