Since the launch of the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex manga, the fan community has been buzzing with theories regarding the title’s significance. Over time, many fans have come to believe that “Two Blue Vortex”likely symbolizes the journeys of the Uzumaki siblings, who are central characters in this new storyline.
Interestingly, additional theories have surfaced, reinforcing this notion. Some fans speculate that manga creator Masashi Kishimoto is deliberately mirroring the paths of the Uzumaki siblings. This idea is strongly supported by various developments within the Two Blue Vortex narrative thus far.

Himawari and Kurama’s connection as a reflection of Boruto and Momoshiki
Since the Naruto Next Generations manga, there has been some oddity regarding Momoshiki Otsutsuki’s ability to predict fate. While he possesses the capability to foresee his host’s destiny effectively, he seems clueless about his own. Additionally, he lacked awareness of the circumstances surrounding Boruto’s resurrection, implying that Momoshiki’s control over his foresight isn’t absolute.
As fans are already aware, Boruto and Momoshiki exist as two beings sharing a singular soul and body. This fusion occurred after Boruto’s death, leading to Momoshiki resurrecting him with the leftover 18% of karma that he combined with the previously extracted 82% from Boruto’s body.
This fusion may have led to a synchronization of thoughts between Momoshiki and Boruto, granting Momoshiki insight into his own fate. Notably, Momoshiki’s visions diverged significantly from reality at crucial moments.
Boruto glimpsed a future where Kawaki would kill him and Sarada, while Momoshiki predicted that his host would abandon control, allowing him to take over. This indicates a significant internal struggle between Boruto and the Otsutsuki, both vying for supremacy over the ability to foresee events.
Moreover, in a prophetic moment, Momoshiki had foreseen that Naruto Uzumaki lacked the ability to pass on Kurama to the next generation. In a surprising twist, it was actually his daughter, Himawari Uzumaki, who ended up inheriting Kurama.
Interestingly, Himawari and Kurama find themselves in a situation akin to that of Boruto and Momoshiki, as both pairs currently share a single body and soul.
Adding to this intrigue, similar to the way Momoshiki and Kinshiki sought to take Kurama’s chakra from Naruto in the original Naruto Next Generations saga, the Two Blue Vortex series introduces Jura and Hidari, who aim to extract it from Himawari. This places Himawari and Kurama in a narrative that parallels both her brother’s and her father’s experiences.
