In chapter 13 of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, it was revealed that Kashin Koji possessed a powerful jutsu that only manifested near the end of his life, following his intense battle with Isshiki Otsutsuki. This technique, known as ‘Ten Directions’, allowed him to foresee multiple potential outcomes of a single event and select the safest one.

Additionally, in chapter 13 of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, Kashin’s abilities were highlighted as he foresaw potential future events and revealed the timelines that were altered due to certain actions. One crucial outcome was the avoidance of Boruto’s death, in which both Sarada and Sumire played a role.

Before the activation of Omnipotence, during the fight between Kawaki and Boruto, there was a possibility of Kawaki’s death at the hands of Boruto. However, Sarada’s awakening of the Mangekyou Sharingan altered the timeline, resulting in Boruto’s survival but as an outsider.

Following the sealing of Naruto and Hinata inside a time-space by Kawaki, Boruto immediately charged towards him. However, Kawaki unexpectedly launched an attack on him, intent on killing the protagonist due to his possession of Momoshiki.

Upon learning of the situation, Sarada immediately felt the urge to rescue Boruto, but Sumire intervened and attempted to prevent her from leaving. Those few seconds that Sumire delayed Sarada’s departure proved to be crucial in altering the outcome. Without her intervention, both Sarada and Boruto may have perished, but in the end, it was only the protagonist who suffered the loss of one eye.

Reactions from the Fandom on Sumire vs Sarada

Many fans strongly believed that Sumire was the true savior of Boruto. This was due to her saving Sarada from certain death, who would eventually play a crucial role in the protagonist’s survival. However, some questioned the validity of her Mangekyou Sharingan awakening, as it seemed illogical that she couldn’t use it to alter the timeline in the future.

However, there were some fans who favored Sarada and were hesitant to discuss who was responsible for Boruto’s survival between the Uchiha girl and Sumire. This was due to the fact that Eida had informed Sumire about Boruto’s current situation.

“Her Mangekyou doesn’t make sense bro”a fan said.

“Sumire told Sarada to save Boruto in sec photo You all hating a good character”another fan claimed.

“Pls don’t start this”another fan said.

“It’s eida who told everything to sarada”another one claimed.
