On August 14th, a CCTV video was released by DongA Ilbo, which showed Suga riding his scooter on the sidewalk.

According to reports, on August 6th at approximately 11:10 p.m., Suga was riding his scooter when he fell after making a left turn in front of the main gate of the complex building Nine One Hannam in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. Despite passing by three police officers, Suga eventually lost control and fell off his scooter.
The police came over to assist Suga as he was getting up and retrieving his helmet. However, they soon realized that Suga was under the influence of alcohol and decided to administer a breathalyzer test. The test showed that Suga’s blood alcohol concentration was 0.227%, surpassing the legal limit for driving and resulting in his license being revoked.
The police stated that Suga had dinner and consumed drinks with a group of friends at a restaurant close to Hannam intersection around 9 p.m, followed by a visit to a nearby studio for more drinks.
Suga arrived home at approximately 11 p.m. on an electric scooter from the studio, which is located approximately 500 meters away from Nine One Hannam.
Dong-A Ilbo has also confirmed that the individual shown in the drunk driving CCTV footage, which was reported by certain media sources on the evening of August 13th, was not Suga.
