On June 25th, the 3rd Blue Dragon Series Awards Handprinting Event was held at Sangsang Platform in Jung-gu, Incheon, and was attended by actresses Suzy and Song Hye-kyo.
Recently, Song Hye-kyo and Suzy, two of Korea’s most popular beauties, caused a stir when they shared photos of themselves spending quality time together on their personal social media platforms. The two warmly greeted each other and snapped photos while sitting closely and leaning their heads towards one another, giving fans a glimpse into their close friendship.
Speaking about the endearing qualities of Song Hye-kyo that are admired by many junior actors, Suzy expressed her admiration, saying, “She (Song Hye-kyo) is very approachable and shows a lot of affection. Her advice is always so helpful that it’s hard for juniors not to listen to her,”showing her respect for the experienced actress.
“The Priests”sequel, “Dark Nuns”, will feature Song Hye-kyo in the lead role. Continuing the narrative of its predecessor, this upcoming film delves into the journey of individuals attempting to rescue a young boy who has been possessed by a formidable demonic entity.
Suzy will reunite with Kim Woo-bin in the upcoming Netflix drama “Everything Will Come True”. The show, written by Kim Eun-sook, is a romantic comedy that follows the story of a genie (played by Kim Woo-bin) who awakens after a thousand years and teams up with Ga-young (Suzy), an emotionless woman, to fulfill three wishes together.
Meanwhile, the 3rd Blue Dragon Series Awards Handprinting Event was graced by the presence of previous year’s award recipients, such as Song Hye-kyo, Ha Jung-woo, Suzy, Lim Ji-yeon, Park Ji-hoon, Shin Ye-eun, Yoo Jae-suk, Joo Hyun-young, Dex, and Kim Ah-young.
