K-pop Idol from 2nd Generation Reveals Cervical Cancer Diagnosis and Life Lessons Learned

Choa has bravely opened up to her fans about her struggle with cervical cancer.

On the evening of October 14, the former member of Crayon Pop utilized her social media platform to share the challenging journey she is enduring.

In a heartfelt post titled “Cancer Coming Out,”she wrote extensively about her diagnosis at the age of 30 and the lessons she has learned from this experience.

“The day I received my cervical cancer diagnosis, I felt my legs buckle beneath me and I broke down in tears, unable to see through my sobs,”she recounted.

Choa expressed that while drafting her confession, she was mindful of others who are facing greater challenges. Nevertheless, she felt compelled to share her own narrative.

She further discussed how she finds solace and solidarity among the cancer community and others who are battling similar health issues.
