During this episode, Yul-hee accompanied a childhood friend to consult a fortune teller. The fortune teller stated, “I will share everything I perceive with absolute clarity,” and proceeded with impactful insights about Yul-hee, commenting, “You exhibit extreme sensitivity and are quite particular,” and “You possess exceptional intelligence, are adaptable, and excel in various situations.” The reading also pinpointed her talents in the arts and physical endeavors. Furthermore, the fortune teller revealed, “Your life’s circumstances shift every ten years, marked by events such as divorce, separation, or loss.”
Viewers were left in disbelief by the fortune teller’s precise readings, which were made without prior knowledge of Yul-hee. She continued, “You likely encountered men at a young age, and a pregnancy led to marriage, yet sustaining that marriage would have proven challenging.” When Yul-hee acknowledged, “Actually, I’ve experienced that,” the fortune teller concluded, “You lack fortune in your romantic endeavors,” elaborating, “Had you continued cohabitating, potential mental health issues might have arisen, necessitating psychiatric intervention for depression. Therefore, divorce was the more favorable option.” As the fortune teller elaborated on the sense of suffocation Yul-hee might have felt, saying, “You faced extreme hardship, perhaps feeling as though you might expire,” Yul-hee confirmed the accuracy of this sentiment, feeling chills run down her spine.
Yul-hee then inquired about her children’s futures and their perspective of her as a mother.
