Larian Celebrates Baldur’s Gate 3 Anniversary with Launch of New YouTube Channel

In honor of Baldur’s Gate 3’s first anniversary, Larian has launched a new “community-focused”YouTube channel dedicated to sharing videos about their “next major project.”

Although it has been a year since its release, Larian Studios’ adventure strategy RPG, Baldur’s Gate 3, continues to maintain an impressive player count. With frequent updates from Larian Studios about upcoming features, the game shows no signs of slowing down.

To celebrate the one-year anniversary of Baldur’s Gate 3, the team has revealed the launch of a new YouTube channel named Larian: Channel From Hell in a post on X.

The post featured a promotional image of Lae’zel, Dark Urge, and Wyll and stated that the channel would have a strong focus on the community. In the comment section, Larian confirmed that the channel will showcase new and exclusive videos throughout the summer.

In addition to this, they revealed that they are currently developing something that will be available for players to experience in the near future. While the details have not yet been disclosed in the post, the channel’s description on YouTube offers more insight into what players can anticipate from it.

“Experience the mind-blowing content of Larian: Channel From Hell! Featuring regular streams and shows with our development team, as well as patch explainers, unboxing videos, and updates on our current projects, join us on this exciting journey for an exclusive look behind the scenes of our next big endeavor.”

Although the specifics are still unknown, Larian’s highly anticipated project remains a mystery. However, we do know that the studio is currently developing two ambitious RPGs.

Furthermore, despite Larian’s previous statement of distancing themselves from Dungeons and Dragons and Baldur’s Gate, the team is currently preparing for the release of Patch 7 in September 2024 to cater to players.

The upcoming content update will be extensive, featuring official mod support for both PC and consoles, as well as new evil endings, bug fixes, and many other additions.
