Last-Ditch Signing for Boston Breach in CDL Champs Qualification Attempt

Despite putting forth their utmost effort and making significant investments to attract high-profile players to Boston, Breach have been unable to achieve any level of success this season and have consistently fallen well below expectations.

During the Major 3 cycle, despite adding Ben ‘Beans’ McMellon and Nathaniel ‘Pentagrxm’ Thomas to their team, they were unable to secure a single series win. They ended the online qualifiers with a record of 0-7 and ultimately placed last in the Toronto Major.

Currently, Breach is far from reaching the mark to qualify for Champs. With only 50 points, they are well behind the 8th place team’s 120 points. This means they would have to drastically improve their performance in a short amount of time to even have a chance at qualifying for the championships.

In order to achieve this, the team is implementing significant modifications to both the roster and roles within the squad.

Multiple sources have confirmed that MajorManiak, a former player for teams such as Atlanta FaZe, Minnesota Rokkr, and Florida Mutineers, will be joining their team as an assault rifle player.

It seems likely that he will take over from Pentgrxm for the upcoming Major 4 qualifiers and the LAN event. Pentagrxm, on the other hand, has finally earned a spot in the league after years of being overlooked despite numerous requests for a chance.

Upon making this alteration, Preston ‘Priestahh’ Greiner would transition to the submachine gun position.

As of now, there have been no other roster changes reported. However, there have been speculations about possible changes for LA Thieves and Minnesota Rokkr before the final Major of the season.

We are aware that Thieves will not be altering their current quartet and will continue with them for the rest of the year.
