LE SSERAFIM Debuts on UK Official Singles Chart and Breaks Record on US Spotify

LE SSERAFIM’s mini-album title track “CRAZY” has made an impressive entry on Spotify’s “Weekly Top Songs US” chart, reaching its highest rank at 83rd place. From August 30 to September 5, “CRAZY” garnered over 3.36 million streams in the U.S., setting a record for the group with the most streams in a week. This reflects over a 16% increase from their previous track “EASY,” which reported 2.89 million streams. Since its release, the song has consistently achieved over 440,000 daily streams on Spotify’s “Daily Top Songs US” chart. Spotify plays a significant role in Billboard’s music charts and commands the largest global streaming share, indicating that this strong streaming performance hints at substantial future potential for the track.

LE SSERAFIM also reached a new high on the Spotify Global chart, with “CRAZY” accumulating approximately 13.86 million streams and ranking 58th on the “Weekly Top Songs Global” chart. The song has performed well globally, appearing on the “Weekly Top Songs” charts in 21 countries and regions including Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, and Canada.

Moreover, LE SSERAFIM has marked a significant achievement by entering the UK Official Singles Chart for the first time with “CRAZY,” which debuted at 83rd on the chart released on September 6. The track also reached a career-high position on the sub-charts, ranking 14th in “Single Downloads” and 15th in “Single Sales,” which is an improvement of over 25 positions from their earlier track “EASY.”

With these powerful performances on Spotify and the UK Official Chart, LE SSERAFIM has solidified their status in the mainstream pop scene.

Additionally, LE SSERAFIM is set to perform at the “2024 MTV Video Music Awards” (MTV VMA) Pre-Show on September 11 at 6:30 PM (KST) at the UBS Arena in New York. The Pre-Show is seen as a crucial step towards becoming a “global pop star.” They are also the sole K-pop group nominated for “PUSH Performance of the Year,” creating excitement for possible accolades.
