LE SSERAFIM’s Agency Sues Min Hee Jin for Defamation

The media in Korea has recently stated that ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin has been sued by Source Music for defamation, obstruction of business, and insults. Source Music is seeking 500 million won in compensation.

After careful consideration, Source Music has identified three primary concerns regarding Min Hee Jin’s recent statements:

1. It was asserted by Min Hee Jin that she handpicked the members of NewJeans.
2. She claimed that HYBE had gone back on its promise to debut NewJeans as the initial girl group under the company.
3. Min Hee Jin claimed that Source Music had been neglecting the NewJeans members.

Source Music is of the belief that Min Hee Jin’s remarks have sparked speculations about LE SSERAFIM being a “privileged girl group,”causing significant damage to the group and resulting in a barrage of malicious comments.

It has been reported that Source Music has collected proof against Min Hee Jin’s claims and has filed a lawsuit, submitting the evidence as well.
