On the 29th of the month, HYBE’s official YouTube channel released a documentary featuring LE SSERAFIM.
After completing the promotional activities for their debut full-length album ‘UNFORGIVEN’, Sakura was overcome with emotion and began to cry. She expressed her fear of speaking loudly in front of others and cried for an extended period of time.
Sakura admitted, “I am unsure of why I decided to become an idol. Was it necessary? It’s not that becoming an idol was the wrong decision, but I question if it is truly the career where I excel. At times, when I make mistakes or feel restricted, I contemplate if someone else who excels in this field could have done it instead of me.”
Sakura expressed, “Despite what others may say, this job is the one that brings me the most excitement and joy. It’s possible that I may doubt myself and give up because I feel inadequate or lack talent, but I didn’t always have this mindset. It’s just that hearing so many opinions can sometimes make me question myself. I struggle to understand why I continue to pursue this job even when it becomes difficult and brings me to tears.”
Despite her initial doubts, Sakura made her way back to the practice room. With determination in her heart, she declared, “I want to have an audacious dream that others deem unattainable. Even if I am unable to reach it despite my diligent efforts, the mere act of pursuing it would bring me joy and cherished memories.”
