According to reports, Lee Hyori owns three-quarters of the property while Lee Sang-soon holds the remaining portion. The house, which has a total floor area of around 330 square meters (equivalent to 100 pyeong), consists of a basement and two floors above ground.
Pyeongchang-dong is currently the residence of various celebrities, such as actor Choi Soo Jong, Ha Hee Ra, and Yoo Hae-jin, broadcaster Hong Jin-kyung, and singer Yoon Jong Shin.
Recently, Lee Hyori and Lee Sang-soon suggested through web entertainment content that they planned to relocate to Seoul in September, expressing their desire to be more actively involved in their entertainment careers.
