According to Park Ji-eun, a manager at Building Lab Real Estate Brokerage Corporation, the building is situated just a 5-minute walk away from Apgujeong Rodeo Station, in a highly sought-after area with heavy foot traffic throughout the week and on weekends. Its prime location at the corner of the main alley provides excellent visibility. Despite its current low rental income, it was acquired at a favorable price compared to other nearby transactions.
