How to Visit the Crashed Star Destroyer in LEGO Fortnite

To reach the crashed Star Destroyer in LEGO Fortnite, players must simply follow the plumes of smoke billowing from the wreckage. After the update, the Star Destroyer will appear in the players’ world upon loading in. Following an intense aerial battle, the massive ship will come crashing down into the game world.

Nevertheless, the crash location will be situated at a considerable distance from your village, perhaps even unreasonably so. In the Sandbox mode, it will require several minutes of uninterrupted flight, and even longer if traveling by vehicle in Survival mode. Fortunately, there is an additional Star Destroyer wreckage in the distinct Star Wars biome that players can journey to.

The other crash site also had smoke rising from it, but it was slightly closer to the Rebel Base, making the journey less tedious. Players did not have to venture far from their village to spot the distant smoke, although it was still a long walk. On my map, the crash site was southeast of my village.

The Star Destroyer located in a separate area is definitely worth a visit as it allows you to complete the quest and is much quicker than traveling to the spaceship in your main world. Additionally, there are no Stormtroopers roaming around, making it easier to loot the area if you are not well-equipped.

Within the crash site, there is an abundance of ship components that can be extracted for Scrap Durasteel, an essential resource for obtaining additional weapon blueprints. Additionally, there are chests and smaller constructions that yield Plastoids, which are crucial for constructing a Rebel Workbench to create the newly released weapons in the update.
