LEGO Fortnite Introduces New Vehicle in Major Update Fans Have Been Anticipating

Epic Games has announced a new build coming to LEGO Fortnite, and excitement for this anticipated vehicle is spreading rapidly. Players who had previously stepped away from the game due to a lack of fresh content now have an enticing reason to return.

Before the official introduction of vehicle builds, LEGO Fortnite enthusiasts were already creating their own cars. While players have managed to construct flying builds, an official flying vehicle has yet to make its debut.

According to a September 12 post from LEGO Fortnite, the long-awaited air ship build will be included in the Lost Isles update. Fans are calling this the most significant update to date, and the addition of this flying ship is likely just one of many exciting features on the way.

The Lost Isles update is set to launch on September 17 alongside Fortnite’s patch 31.20, just two weeks after the 31.10 update, which brought the Isle of Doom and Shuri Claws.

In addition to the flying vehicle schematics, players can expect new features such as a new type of fish, a variety of food and recipes, and a beloved Fortnite character.

Responses to the announcement of the air ship on X showcased enthusiastic players, with one exclaiming, “PLANES? W UPDATE ALREADY.”

Many commenters expressed their surprise at the early arrival of this build. “THIS is a surprise. Definitely getting an air ship FAR sooner than I would have imagined,” one fan noted, sharing their excitement to dive back into the game.

While players have previously created flying vehicles in the current patch, having blueprints for a functioning air ship is far more convenient for those who wish to avoid the complex process of constructing an air vehicle from scratch.

Beyond the Lost Isles update, fans are also excited about the upcoming Halloween update hinted at in a recent trailer, ensuring there’s much more to anticipate even after the Lost Isles.
