On Thursday, October 16th, tragedy struck as former One Direction star Liam Payne fell to his death from the balcony of the CasaSur Palermo hotel located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This has been officially confirmed by the Argentine Federal Police, with Argentine news outlet TN being the first to divulge this heartbreaking news.
Images from the hotel room where Liam Payne spent his last moments have led many to believe he was experiencing significant emotional distress. Reports indicate that he was in a deeply troubled state before his untimely demise.
Additional alarming findings were reported from the desk, where a box of Dove soap, matches, remnants of candles, tin foil, and what appeared to be cocaine were discovered. A lighter and a melted soda can lid were also uncovered amid the mess, indicating a scene of despair and turmoil.
Prior to the incident, authorities received a 911 call regarding “an aggressive individual potentially under the influence of drugs and alcohol.” Hotel staff noted that Liam displayed erratic behavior in the hotel lobby, where he was seen breaking his laptop and had to be escorted back to his room.
