Lieutenant Dan Sells Boat After Tampa Police Eviction from Dock

Viral sensation Lieutenant Dan from TikTok is putting his boat up for auction after receiving a notice from the Tampa police about vacating the dock where he has been residing.

Just ahead of Hurricane Milton’s arrival on October 9, Lieutenant Dan, who gained immense popularity on TikTok and other platforms, announced his intention to ride out the storm on his 20-foot sailboat, which left many viewers astounded.

Following his rise to fame, popular streamer Adin Ross reached out to Lieutenant Dan and his companion ‘Tampa Terrance’ to appear on his Kick stream. During the live session, Ross proposed a new boat worth up to $100,000 and a streaming contract to Lieutenant Dan.

However, on October 14, Adin withdrew the streaming contract offer to Dan, who later stated that he turned down the opportunity for a new boat. Just three days afterward, Lieutenant Dan shared a video indicating that he had decided to auction off his current boat after police instructed him to leave the location.

“I was woken up by Tampa police for being in the park without proper registration. I won’t be receiving the GoFundMe funds, so I’m auctioning off my boat that’s survived two major hurricanes,” he explained.

“The auction will last for a week. Feel free to Message me with your bids. The highest bidder will take home the boat, allowing me to leave Tampa with some cash in hand. I can’t deal with this hassle anymore, and I’m banned from all public parks in the area,” he added.

“Wishing you the best of luck, god bless,” commented one user.

Another added: “I hope everything works out for you.”

“Best of luck, and I hope you receive a fantastic offer for your boat,” a third user chimed in.

Lieutenant Dan is not the only one who gained notoriety during Hurricane Milton, as various Kick streamers went live throughout the storm, competing for a cash prize of $70,000 from Adin Ross while he urged them to find shelter.
