17-year-old influencer Lil Tay has reportedly been diagnosed with a heart tumor, according to a post on her Instagram account.
On September 12, 2024, Lil Tay’s Instagram shared a video of an ultrasound allegedly revealing the influencer’s heart beating.
In the visuals, viewers can observe what the narrator describes as a “bubble” inside her heart.
“Tay has been diagnosed with a life-threatening heart tumor,” stated the post’s caption. “We ask kindly for everyone’s love and prayers.”
This announcement follows a series of mysterious posts about the young internet star on September 11, claiming there was “devastating news regarding Tay.”

The next day, a photo taken in a hospital was shared to a private chat on Tay’s Instagram account, indicating directions to the pediatric intensive care unit.
“Tay is currently in the ICU in serious condition,” claimed a message in the chat.
Viewers are skeptical about these developments, as Tay’s Instagram account was hacked in 2023, where false claims about the deaths of both her and her brother were made.
After regaining control of her account, Tay denied these rumors, asserting that both she and her brother were alive and suggesting that her father was behind the hoax.
Since then, Tay has made a comeback on social media and has embarked on a budding music career. However, due to the previous hoax, fans remain cautious and are advised to take the ultrasound news with skepticism.
