In the newest season of Fortnite, Chapter 5 Season 4, three notorious Marvel villains have made their way to the island and are determined to eliminate all loopers. If you’re unsure of their whereabouts or how to defeat them, here’s a simple guide to help you out.
Fortnite’s Chapter 5 Season 4 once again incorporates a Marvel theme on the island, with the addition of three new POIs, the resurgence of superhero mythics, and the introduction of new weapons, all contributing to an epic battle between Villains and Heroes.
Dr. Doom has assumed control of the island and has joined forces with well-known adversaries in an attempt to vanquish the heroes. These antagonists have seized control of multiple POIs across the Fortnite map and are withholding incredibly potent abilities and mythic weapons in the game.
To obtain them, you must defeat the three new bosses, Mysterio, Doombot, and Emma Frost, and claim their Medallions.

In Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4, players can encounter bosses at Doomstadt, Castle Doom, and The Raft.

How to defeat Mysterio boss in Fortnite
In Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4, Mysterio is a formidable boss who will retaliate when attacked or when a player obstructs his path for an extended period of time.
The Master of Illusions vanishes in a cloud of green smoke and appears intermittently near the Doom statue at the Doomstadt POI. Mysterio utilizes this skill both during battles and while leisurely wandering the area.
You can find Mysterio roaming the town square near the Doom statue at Doomstadt POI.
Despite this, you can still eliminate him and obtain his Medallion by landing at Doomstadt and searching the chests on top of any of the houses. Make sure to also collect a gun and check other buildings for Dr. Doom Chests or Avengers Chests in order to find a stronger weapon.
At this location, the boss will be wandering around and will not attack unless you retaliate. Additionally, you may witness Mysterio vanishing and reappearing at different locations.
Once you have a suitable loadout, begin firing and evading incoming shots, while also eliminating any nearby henchmen or players.
Once defeated, Mysterio drops a Medallion and a mythic weapon.
Once his shield is depleted, he will jump into the air and disappear before reemerging alongside two clones. These clones possess 50 health and 50 shields each and will be eliminated upon the defeat of the true Mysterio.
When you successfully defeat Mysterio, he will drop a Medallion that grants you invisibility for 15 seconds when crouching. This effect can be ended by standing up or using any item. Along with the Medallion, you will also receive a Mythic Sovereign Shotgun, Gold Bars, and a bottle of Flowberry Fizz.
How to defeat the Megalo Don Boss in Fortnite
In Chapter 5 Season 4, Emma Frost is an aggressive boss who will retaliate against the player if they or one of her henchmen is attacked. She can usually be found sitting on her throne inside The Raft POI, keeping a watchful eye over the prison.
To defeat the boss, make sure to land at one of the watchtowers in the POI. There, you will come across Dr. Doom chests and Avengers chests that contain epic to mythic loot. Arm yourself with these weapons and take out any nearby enemies to increase your chances of success.
You can find Emma Frost inside The Raft POI prison and fight her there.
After completing the task, descend from the roof into the main Raft building where Emma is located. Upon arrival, you will find her seated on her throne.
Open fire at her; however, as soon as you do, she will activate her Diamond Skin ability, making her impervious to bullets for a period of time. To break through her Diamond Skin, throw Captain America’s shield or use explosives against her.
Once Emma is defeated, she’ll drop her Reveal Medallion and a mythic AR for the player.
Once you have completed this task, she will become vulnerable to attack. However, be cautious of any adversaries who may have the same intention. Take out any henchmen in the vicinity before eliminating Emma using your weapons.
As soon as she is defeated, he will relinquish her Medallion, which can mark opponents within a wide radius every 50 seconds and the mark remains for 15 seconds. He will also drop her Flowberry Fizz, Gold Bars, and Mythic Striker Burst Assault Rifle.
Tips for Taking Down the Doombot Boss in Fortnite
Despite popular belief, Dr. Doom is not a real boss on the island. Instead, he has created a robotic clone of himself called Doombot, which he has placed at Castle Doom POI for players to battle and defeat.
To defeat him, land at the burning furnace tower near the castle and acquire loot from a Dr. Doom chest located inside. After obtaining the loot, use the steam and black smoke to glide up and land on the highest tower of the castle before entering.
You’ll need to land at Castle Doom to find and defeat the Doombot boss.
Upon entering the area, make your way to a lower level where you will encounter another Dr. Doom chest. Gather any additional loot from it before descending the stairs. Be cautious, as you may encounter other players or henchmen during your descent.
Effortlessly defeat the enemies and continue to the central hall of the castle, where you will come across Doombot seated on a throne constructed from The Thing’s remains. Engage in combat with the hostile boss and be prepared for him to hurl an Arcane Bomb at you from his gauntlets.

Not only will he charge towards your location to inflict knockback damage, but he will also unleash his gauntlets and the Mythic Monarch Pistol. In addition, you will have to fend off his henchmen who will stop at nothing to eliminate you.
To successfully defeat Doombot, use the Dual Micro SMGs to avoid incoming fire and get close to him. Once he is defeated, he will drop several items, including the Medallion, which grants siphon with each kill, Doctor Doom’s Arcane Gauntlets, Gold Bars, Flowberry Fizz, and the Mythic Monarch Pistol.
